We’re happy to announce that we have some amazing cooking demos planned for DC VegFest 2010.

• Chef Tal Ronnen recently released the New York Times bestseller, The Conscious Cook. He has prepared vegan meals for Oprah, Ellen DeGeneres, Portia de Rossi, Arianna Huffington, and the U.S. Senate.

• Chef Lauren Von Der Pool is a DC native and has catered the Oscars, Grammys, AMA’s and countless A-List celebrity events.
